Pear muffins

These delicious pear muffins are quick to make and do not contain unnecessary calories. The perfect snack for in between.

  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Wash, core and dice the pear.
  • Peel the banana, puree with the eggs and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
  • Fold the pear cubes into the batter and fill the batter into muffin molds.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
