As you’ve probably already seen on Instagram and Co., I had the honor to be in the tenth edition of the fashion Suisse in Zurich puls 5 . In addition, I was able to stop at the backstage area with MAC Cosmetics, which prepared the models for the big show.
So let me take you with me to the Mode Suisse 10th Edition.
Backstage with MAC
I had the honor to make-up artist’s MAC to view live over the shoulders while they’re worked at the model’s to make them ready for the first show.
The different looks have been explained to me by MAC Senior Artist Kathrin Jokubonis. For the first show there was a colored eyeliner and otherwise a very natural look. For the second show, the look was more natural.

It was really exciting to catch a glimpse of the backstage preparations and watch the Pro’s applying makeup.

The fashion show started with a new show block the l’autre regard, to celebrate the 5th anniversary.

Very Special Models could also go down the runway, namely that have been the work home users related to the Fashion For Everyone project. In the rooms at the Sihlquai is namely shown the photo and video project Fashion For Everyone a joint work of Christa de Carouge, Julian Zigerli, Jonas Hegi, the plant Home Uster, Yannick Aellen and other performers.
With the thought “Fashion For Everyone” I conclude my resumé to Mode Suisse edition 10 and look forward to the next time. And thus to more great collections of Swiss designers.
