Sisters Republic – the panties for pleasant days

ad

Today I would like to tell you about my experiences with the Sisters Republic period underwear, which I have tested extensively for you. After all, women have been dealing with these unusual days for years and yet the topic is unfortunately still considered taboo. So before I tell you about my experiences, I would like to remind you that our period is not a bad thing, it is a natural process that you should never be ashamed of. #Girlpower is my keyword here.

However, I have to admit, my start in terms of “being a woman” was not easy. At school we were shown sanitary pads and tampons. And when my period really arrived, my mother brought me home a huge pack of pads. I was unhappy with them and soon switched to tampons, but they weren’t particularly pleasant to use either. And now soon 20 years later, I became aware of period underwear for the first time. At first, of course, I was sceptical, but when I had a look around the Sisters Republic website, things immediately looked very different. I never expected period underwear to look as beautiful and ordinary as my favourite lingerie.

Now you might be thinking, how can Sisters Republic’s period underwear protect me reliably? I would therefore like to briefly address your concerns, which were also mine before.

Isn’t there a big risk of leakage?

At Sisters Republic you will find 3 absorbencies that can be reliably adjusted depending on the current intensity of the bleeding. Just like sanitary towels and the like.

How are the panties supposed to protect me, especially my trousers, from moisture?

The ultra-absorbent fabric on the inside of the panties absorbs the liquid and retains it. So the panties stay dry on the surface.

That all sounds good so far, but the panties will certainly cause an unpleasant odour, won’t they?

The period underwear is made of breathable fabrics and naturally antibacterial bamboo fibres. Therefore, unlike sanitary pads, which are made of 80% plastic, there are no unpleasant odours.

When the Sisters Republic panties arrived, I was very curious about how they would feel, as I had some concerns. So I first tested them on a light day and when I was positively surprised, I tested them on heavier days. I was very surprised how pleasant the period underwear felt during the whole working day, I was not afraid that something could leak and there were no unpleasant odours either.

For me, there are other reasons for choosing Sisters Republic besides the reliability of the period underwear, because we all know how harmful disposable hygiene products are for our planet and how much waste we produce by using them every year. The Sisters Republic menstrual panties, on the other hand, are washable and can be reused for years. You can also save a lot of money over the years, because the period underwear lasts a good 5 – 7 years. You have probably also noticed that pads and tampons contain harmful substances such as glyphosate – a dangerous pesticide – which is considered carcinogenic. And through their use, these toxins enter directly into the female body. In contrast, Sisters Republic’s period underwear is made from certified organic cotton or certified according to the OEKO-TEX Standard 100. This guarantees that they are free from harmful substances.

Sisters Republic’s period underwear is available to suit every woman and in many great designs. The underwear is also available especially for teenagers. For holidays at the beach, there are also swimming trunks. So that we women feel comfortable in every situation.

I am absolutely thrilled with the period underwear from Sisters Republic and can highly recommend it to you.
