Review: NYX – Cosmic Metals Lip Cream

18 different shades of the NYX Cosmic Metals are now available in Switzerland. Because of this it’s time to have a closer look at the new trend lippies. I was able to test them and I also swatched all the nuances for you.

 

 

With the NYX Cosmic Metals, the trend goes on to unusual lip colors and a lot of glitter. Unicorns, galaxies and sweets, these things come to mind when I look at the NYX Cosmic Metals. How good is the durability and color of the new Trend Lippies?

 

 

The Cosmic Metals of NYX are, as I find, well pigmented and show enough glitter on the lips. For an even stronger color effect, you can apply a lipstick in the same color underneath, especially with the dark shades. Their consistency and durability are like lipglosses. The durability is therefore not quite as excellent as the color itself. I also like the bright colors as well as the bright colors clearly better than the dark nuances. It is important to apply the NYX Cosmic Metals on well-groomed lips to get a nice and flat result. The lipgloss consistency is slightly sticky, here I see still improvement potential. Otherwise I like the Cosmic Metals of NYX. I will wear them for shootings or events for sure.
