Our summer road trip took us to the unique city of Hamburg. When I was looking for a nice hotel, I discovered the beautiful boutique hotel TORTUE. Today I would like to tell you more about my stay at the Hotel TORTUE in Hamburg.
Do you know the “I want to stay here” feeling? Especially on such a long journey, I want to come home after an exciting day with many impressions. The feel-good factor is very important to me personally. Already when checking in at the TORTUE Hamburg I felt welcome and at home. The front desk was very friendly and also the hotel entrance and lobby are captivating with lovely details and a modern, but cozy design. The TORTUE offers 126 rooms and suites. It was opened in 2018. The TORTUE is located in a building, which was built around 1900.
The feeling of well-being is maintained in the room. I loved the stylishly furnished room. Once again, the love of detail convinces me. As a guest you are personally addressed in the TORTUE. Unique to me was the concept that the mini-bar is included. After a hard day, you can relax and enjoy a cool beer from the cooler or a cup of tea in your room, without any extra costs.
The room is very spacious and contains a cozy box spring bed, a desk and a wardrobe as well as lovely bathroom. As a Marble Lover, of course, I liked it a lot. We even had a balcony. By the way, the box spring bed is incredibly comfortable, I slept really well and would have preferred to stay a little longer in bed. But the next morning a delicious breakfast was already waiting for me …
To be honest, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten in a hotel. In addition to a rich buffet from salty to sweet, the TORTUE offers in the additional menu all sorts of food. I opted for a delicious omelette and pancakes with berries and chocolate sauce. The breakfast then was my personal highlight of our stay at the Hotel TORTUE in Hamburg.
By the way, you will also find great bars and restaurants in the Hotel TORTUE. You can enjoy a glass of champagne or a cocktail in the bar bleu or bar noir. The breakfast took place in the restaurant Brasserie, also for lunch and dinner is recommended. Then the JIN GUI offers Asian-inspired cuisine of incomparable design.
Das Hotel hat Flair!
Liebe Grüße!
Ja wirklich ein tolles Hotel 🙂
