L’OCCITANE News: Karité Visage Foaming Cleanser & Solidarity Balm

The year 2017 also starts with great new products by L’OCCITANE, I was allowed to test them in advance. New is the Karité foaming cleanser and there is again a Solidarity Balm. With the Solidarity Balm, L’OCCITANE says “thank you”, since now 17,000 women are working in the production of charcoal butter for L’OCCITANE, which is why 100% of the revenue is donated to support the entrepreneurship of women in Burkina Faso.

L’OCCITANE – Karité Foaming Cleanser

L'Occitane Foaming Cleanser

manufacturer’s description

“This foaming cleansing mousse gives the skin a sensual gentle feeling and thanks to the contained carité oil (5%) the skin then feels fresh and noticeably soft.”

Add a hazelnut-rich amount of the foaming cleansing mousse to the palm of the hand, massage with fingertips in small circular movements, and the cream becomes a rich look that is applied to the face. As on a soft foam pad, the skin slides into a sensually gentle cleansing ritual.

Honestly, this cleaning mousse was just what I needed. Because by the heating air and the cold weather outside, my skin tends to become dry. This makes it all the more important to use soft products for facial cleansing, which do not dry out the skin any further. First, the mousse looks like a cream before it gently foams together with water. The skin is soft and soft after cleaning and does not dry. So if you are looking for a new cleaning product which also has nourishing ingredients, you should take a closer look at this time.

L’OCCITANE – Solidarity Balm

manufacturer’s description

The Solida fragrance, fragrant with a violet, is decorated with traditional African wax prints and is rich in lip and body. 100% of the proceeds go to the promotion of women’s entrepreneurship.

Whether it is literacy, microcredit or advice and support in setting up the company, since 2006, L’OCCITANE Foundation is committed to projects that promote the independence and self-determination of women in Burkina Faso.

A highlight, in addition to the fact that the proceeds go to beneficial purposes, is the beautiful colorful design. This particular African pattern I find really super pretty. The scent of the balm is very sweet and flowery. The Balm feels nourishing on the skin and lips without being oily. The pretty little balm is certainly also great idea to be a small gift. It will be available for CHF 6.00 from the end of January 2017.

Have you already known about the commitment of L’OCCITANE? How do you like the new products?
