Eine Pfanne Wasser f\u00fcr den Ebly zum Kochen bringen. Eine Kaffeel\u00f6ffel Salz hinzuf\u00fcgen und Ebly 10 min garen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">3. W\u00e4hrend dessen 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l in einer grossen Bratpfanne erhitzen und Zwiebeln, Karotten, Brokkoli, Paprika sowie Kefen darin kurz and\u00fcnsten. Danach etwas Tomatenp\u00fcree und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben. Etwas k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">4. Ebly absch\u00fctten und zur Seite stellen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">5.
