Gem\u00fcse klein schneiden.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>2. Quinoa mit kaltem Wasser absp\u00fclen in einem Becken. Quinoa in zweifacher Menge Wasser kochen lassen f\u00fcr 10 min und dann noch 5 min stehen lassen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>3. Gem\u00fcse und Pilze in Oliven\u00f6l anbraten und mit Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen, weiter k\u00f6cheln lassen f\u00fcr ca. 10 min.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>4. Quinoa zu Gem\u00fcse und Pilzen geben und alles \u00a0mit einem Schuss Sojasauce abl\u00f6schen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>5.
