In small circular movements \u2013 half on the gums and half on the tooth \u2013 gently and carefully clean all of your teeth.<\/p>\n

I am lucky and possess very resistant teeth, not a single hole\u00a0I had. Also I have relatively white teeth, but this changes only because I drink too much coffee, tea, etc. Just before I started using the Swiss Smile Diamond Glow toothpaste, I let my teeth professionally clean at the dentist.
