Today I’m taking you on another fascinating journey through the picturesque PillerseeTal. This region between the imposing Kitzb\u00fchel Alps and the impressive Loferer Steinberge not only promises untouched nature and adventure, but also culinary delights and highlights for the whole family. I was all the more pleased to get to know the region better in summer as well.<\/p>\n

At Pillersee, I enjoyed the sparkle of the crystal-clear water during a relaxing round of stand-up paddleboarding. You can also live out your thirst for adventure in the high ropes course or in a bubble on the lake. Afterwards, we had lunch at the trout ranch, where the focus was on fresh, in-house trout.<\/p>\n

An absolute highlight of my trip was the visit to the viewing platform on the Steinplatte and the Triassic Park. Don’t miss the breathtaking panoramic view from the viewing platform. From the highest sandy beach in the Alps to the fascinating dinos and the impressive Triassic Trail, there was plenty to discover and experience. The captivating world of the Stone Mountain King can also be found here.<\/p>\n

My visit to the Jakobskreuz was once again an experience, as it is the largest accessible summit cross in the world, on the summit of the Buchensteinwand. Five viewing platforms provide a 360\u00b0 panoramic view of the breathtaking landscape. This imposing monument attracts not only pilgrims, but also thinkers and free spirits who find new ideas and creative inspiration here.<\/p>\n

I really had a lot of fun in the family land in the PillerseeTal! The roller coasters and wild rafting rides were exciting and perfect for the whole family.<\/p>\n

The Pillerseetal Card proved to be a real treasure chest of my trip. It granted me access to a wide range of activities, attractions and discounts in the region. From mountain railways to numerous attractions, the card opened up a world of possibilities for me in the PillerseeTal.<\/p>\n

The Hotel Chalets Grosslehen in Fieberbrunn welcomed me on my visit. The Grosslehen is a living piece of contemporary history. Built around 1632 as a farm, today it is a special place of well-being. Close ties to nature, tradition and hospitality have always been at home here.<\/p>\n
