Today I would like to give you a few insights. Our room was in the new building. Des Grand H\u00f4tel Thermes offers a fitness center, an Aquatonic\u00ae pool, and a thalassotherapy center. Thalasso treatments, private spa, sauna, massages and Aquatonic\u00ae pool are on the menu here for relaxation and deceleration.<\/p>\n<p>The thalasso treatments can be arranged as desired; I went for two half-days of different treatments. The term thalasso (was derived from the ancient Greek word for sea &#8220;th\u00e1lassa&#8221; and refers to the treatment of diseases with cold or heated sea water, sea air, sun, algae, silt and sand.<\/p>\n<p>My personal favorite treatment was a massage under a sea water shower as well as the seaweed wrap. In the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurant-caphorn.fr\/en\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">gourmet restaurant Le Cap Horn<\/a>, the chefs Patrice Dugu\u00e9 and Pascal Pochon and their team of 35 cooks and pastry chefs provide culinary delights. This of course including a wonderful view of the sea. I would like to show you some of the delicacies that I was able to enjoy during my stay.
