The Body Shop offers – if you ask me – the best body butter. But also the great fragrances of their collections do inspire me again and again. This summer the two Limited Editions are especially refreshing: Cool Cucumber and Zesty Lemon are my summer must-haves.
The Body Shop – Cool Cucumber
Cool Cucumber is the name of the refreshing limited edition from The Body Shop. I had the chance to test three products, the Body Yogurt, the Shower Gel and the Body Butter. First of all I like the fresh scent with a cucumber note, the perfect care scent for the summer. The Body Yogurt offers soft and light care after the shower which is quickly absorbed. The Shower Gel literally cools the skin and refreshes the skin on hot summer days – it will definitely come with you this summer. 1-2 per week in the evening I like to use Cool Cucumber Body Butter for a nourishing overnight care. Especially the sun can dry out the skin.
The Body Shop – Zesty Lemon
Those who like lemons will love the limited edition Zesty Lemon. It reminds of holidays in Sicily with fresh lemons at every corner. The scent revives the senses and lifts the spirits. Also here I was allowed to test the shower gel and the body yogurt as well as the peeling. The Shower Gel is just the right thing after an exhausting day, the stress is simply showered away and you are awake again. I especially like the gentle peeling. It ensures smooth skin by removing dead skin cells and you can also keep your summer tan for a long time with regular peelings. I like to use the body yogurt of the Zesty Lemon Collection with its fresh citrus note in the morning after the shower.
