I particularly like simple recipes and these pear muffins are the perfect easy snack for in between. I like to bake them on Sundays and enjoy the muffins as break snack at work. They get by without butter and are therefore figure-friendly.

- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp flour
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Wash, core and dice the pear.
- Peel the banana, puree with the eggs and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
- Fold the pear cubes into the batter and fill the batter into muffin molds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
