I particularly like simple recipes and these pear muffins are the perfect easy snack for in between. I like to bake them on Sundays and enjoy the muffins as break snack at work. They get by without butter and are therefore figure-friendly.

Pear muffins
These delicious pear muffins are quick to make and do not contain unnecessary calories. The perfect snack for in between.
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp flour
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Wash, core and dice the pear.

Peel the banana, puree with the eggs and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.

Fold the pear cubes into the batter and fill the batter into muffin molds.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
