Today I would like to introduce you to some novelties for the beauty treatment at home,I’ve tested different facial masks. I tried masks by Glamglow, Clinique, Clarins, Garnier and Zoé.
The Clinique Clinique Purify Charcoal Clay Mask & Scrub combines a purifying mask with a scrub. The mask deeply cleanses the skin, after use it is cleared. The natural carbon from bamboo and kaolin clay remove pollutants and impurities. After the exposure time, moisten the face a little bit and in a circular motion exfoliate the skin and at the same time wash off the mask. The mask has a great effect on impure skin and reliably absorbs the dirt in the pores. The combination of mask and peeling I also find super handy. A great mask for those who like it easy, fast and uncomplicated.
I also tested one mask from Clarins and one from Garnier. The black mask by Garnier SkinActive has a clarifying, moisturizing and pore-refining effect. It adapts well to your own face shape and has enough big cut-outs. The mask stays reliably in place. After application, the skin appears visibly clarified. The Super Restorative Instant Lift Serum Mask by Clarins cushions the skin. It’s the first mask I tested, which also includes the neck area. After application, the skin radiates and appears smoothed and padded with moisture.
Now to the mask, which has probably caused a sensation on Instagram and Co. The Glamglow Gravitymud Firming Treatment Glittermask. It’s a peel-off mask, so therefore no microplastic enters the sewage. The mask can be easily applied with the enclosed brush. Simply apply a thin layer and allow to dry for 20 – 30 minutes. I have not used peel-off masks for a while. Why? Many peel-off masks remain super annoying stick to the skin and can not be easily removed, yes, most of the time they still have to be washed off. Glamglow’s Glittermask is different. Also with this mask Glamglow convinces me with the incomparable quality. The mask can be easily removed.
Zoé has two new masks. On the one hand the Zoé Cleansing pore refining mask with clay and the Zoé Cleansing clearing mask with clay. Both the pore-refining mask and the clarifying mask leave a matted and cleared skin. In comparison with other clay masks, however, these are stronger in texture but still easy to apply. They are small tubes, so they are good for trying. For impure skin certainly worth a test.
