Pampering day at home

The Sunday is perfect for a little spa time at home, a bit of wellness to escape the everyday stress. Essential for me is a relaxing bath, but also face masks and a good cup of tea won’t be missing.

To prepare myself to rest, I need first a cup of a delicious tea. The Kusmi Tea from France has become a trend beverage not only because of its pretty packaging. The mixture of mate and green tea with citron is just the right thing to take a break.

While drinking tea, I already prepare the bath. The Dead Sea Bathing Salt Green Tea Bath of this kind contains minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium and bromine and preserves the skin from moisture loss. The extracts of the green tea intensify the regenerating properties.

Also the face needs some care, therefore I apply a face mask during the relaxing bath. The Matcha tea mask supplies the facial skin intensively with minerals. In order to keep the skin hydrated after the bath in addition, it is recommended to apply it carefully. I was able to test the Dead Sea minerals Detox body cream with green tea. The cream is very light on the skin and absorbs quickly. She smells of green tea and lemon and so very refreshing. Especially great, I find that she does not leave a greasy film.

The Dead Sea salt shower gel with pomegranate contains both the antioxidant powers of the pomegranate and the precious mineral salts for when it should be fast.

On a pampering day, I also look for a particularly healthy diet with lots of fruits & vegetables, tea and water. Additional care is also cost-effective, how about an eye mask made of cucumber slices? Or even coconut oil as a hair mask gives a nursing cure.  After the bathing you can peel the skin with a mixture of cocos- or olive oil and sugar.

Do you already know the products? How does your pampering day look like?
