how to use

 

Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and hold like a pencil. Position at a 45° angle by placing your thumb on the slanted surfaces of the octagonal handle. In small circular movements – half on the gums and half on the tooth – gently and carefully clean all of your teeth.

I am lucky and possess very resistant teeth, not a single hole I had. Also I have relatively white teeth, but this changes only because I drink too much coffee, tea, etc. Just before I started using the Swiss Smile Diamond Glow toothpaste, I let my teeth professionally clean at the dentist. Then I had the impression that the aforementioned coffee stains failed to materialize by the use of this toothpaste.
