Review: KIKO – Asian Touch by Isa Arfen

The fifth of the seven collections realized by KIKO in collaboration with the young designers selected by Vogue Talents is a tribute to the 20th anniversary of KIKO Milano. Isa Arfen created the Asian Touch collection, I had a closer look at the products.

 

 

The collection out of the pen of Serafina Sama, the young founder of the fashion brand Isa Arfen, is oriented to the Far Eastern culture and presents make-up products for absolute definition. The focus is on bright red lips and the shape of the eyes, which is emphasized with eyeliner: A perfect look for big city geishas.

 

 

• KIKO Asian Touch Lip Pencil in Silky Burgundy: A pretty color, the lip pencil is well pigmented. The consistency is very creamy and can therefore be applied well.
• KIKO Asian Touch Eyebrow Pencil: I like the Eyebrow Pencil very well and he is easy to apply. The color is rather exceptional, so I use it as a kajal.
• KIKO Asian Eye Eyepencil in Ancient Black: The Eyepencil is among my three products my highlight, it is beautiful to apply is not too soft or too hard and gives intense black color.

 

 

The Asian Touch Matte Liquid Lipsticks by KIKO are very nice packed, the packaging is really great. I also like the three available colors. In contrast to other Liquid Lipsticks, the Asian Touch Liquids are very fluid.

 

 

Surprised me the KIKO Asian Touch Blush, the applicators in this kind I knew up to then more of lip products. Blushes in this kind I have never tested before.

 

 

But they are really very pretty, the color is fluid and easy to dose. The blush can be gently applied using the applicator.

 

 

The KIKO Sweet Asian Touch Eyeshadow Duo’s are gorgeous. The flower print is a real eye-catcher. The colors are definitely everyday, even if it was difficult for me to use the products at the pretty embossing.

 

 

Signature Brown is perfect for my discreet everyday look. While Graphite Touch is also suitable for Smokey Eyes. The pallets each include a full-color eyeshadow and a holographic eyeshadow, which can be used as a highlighter or top coat over the full color to transform the finish.

 

 

 

My personal highlight is the pretty KIKO Pochette, a super stylish storage facility for Makeup & Co. The Asian Touch Perfecting Sheet Face Mask brings a small spa break for the home and leaves a well-groomed skin picture.
