Makeup News: Collistar & Mary Kay

This week I am pleased to introduce you some novelties and amazing basic products. This time I tested the new Collistar collection and some new and basic Mary Kay products.

 

 

I’ve tested three different foundations: the Mary Kay timewise luminous-wear liquid foundation, the Mary Kay timewise matte-wear liquid foundation, and the Collistar BB Stick Perfect Touch. The Mary Kay timewise luminous-wear liquid foundation is a foundation with a glowing finish. It is suitable for normal to dry skin. The foundation is oil-free and non-comedogenic. The opacity is variable. For a light opacity in everyday life, I apply it with a make-up brush. The durability is good, the skin looks natural and fresh with the foundation, but since I tend to oily skin, I prefer the Mary Kay timewise matte-wear liquid foundation. It is the matte version and suitable for combination to oily skin. It also looks very natural and has a variable opacity. It is important to apply and incorporate the foundation evenly. It is also oil-free and non-comedogenic. A summer product for me is the Collistar BB Stick, it contains a sun protection factor of SPF 10 and is very easy to use. Simply apply make-up with the stick and work in with the sponge on the other side. For the application at home, however, I prefer to use a normal make-up sponge. For on the go, this is a great thing to refresh the make-up in between. The finish has a slight glow.

 

 

Now to the pretty Libbera Eye Shadow Palette with 10 spring / summer shades by Collistar. Included are different shades, which can be combined for pretty eye make-up looks. The first 6 shades contain glitter particles and the 4 back shades are matte berry tones. The eye shadow can be applied well. Contains a double-sided applicator, but I prefer to apply it with an eyeshadow brush.

 

 

The colors are well pigmented and the colors with glitter have an intense glow. Here you can see the swatches of all nuances.

 

 

For making the Foundation hold a good powder is essential. I’ve tested the Mary Kay translucent loose powder. The powder is suitable for the finish of any make-up. He connects easily with the make-up and leaves a gentle glow.

 

 

Finally, I fix the make-up with the Mary Kay Make-up Finishing Spray. Spray the spray on the face two to four times in X- and T-shape from a distance of approx. 20 – 15 cm and allow to dry. Close your eyes and do not spray into the eyes. The finish spray is also oil-free and breathable. The spray combines powder and foundation and the make-up lasts longer. For 2 years I can not get by without fixing spray.

 

 

The design of the Collistar Mascara Volume Unico in Waterproof has become very beautiful, the mascara has a very high quality of packaging. The eyelashes can be easily separated with the brush and get an intense color and volume. The mascara keeps well even at high temperatures, does not smudge them.

 

 

Last but not least, a stylish Nude lipstick by Collistar. Again, I find the design very pretty. The lipstick is creamy and comfortable to wear on the lips. This is the Gloss Labbra Sexy 60 by Collistar. Also included is SPF 20. A pretty nude shade that even looks great on me.
