Fragrance review: Elie Saab – Girl of Now

With its magnetic silhouettes, the collection glides across the runway as a spellbound crowd looks on. In the front row or on the catwalk, people have eyes for her only. Her luminous aura captures the attention. Her boundless energy electrifies the room. Her radiant smile brings time to a halt.

Cameras flash to capture her perfect look: definitely trendy, and yet so personal. She boldly grabs her girlfriends for some fun in front of the camera. One last selfie to immortalise this special moment and she’s already off, leaving a mysterious trail. Where is she going?

The Fragrance

 

Girl Of Now smells intensely aromatic and exciting. Included in the headnotes are pear, tangerine and roasted pistachio. While the heart notes are dominated by orange blossom absolute, magnolia and almond. The basic notes patchouli, tonka bean, cashmeran and almond milk round off the scent. For me, Girl of Now is a classic fragrance, first smells fruity, before the flowery components of the heart notes come into the foreground. The most intense smell of Girl of Now as soon as it is connected to the skin.

 

 

The Bottle

 

I like the flacon exceptionally well, he is playful and noble at the same time. The glass of the bottle looks very high-quality, as does the golden applications. The flower application of the bottle was already present on the catwalks at Elie Saab.

 

Conclusion

 

I like the Girl Of Now fragrance on both sides, visually and with regard to the smell itself. Because of its intensity I will wear it in the evening.
